In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and t9999. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with t9999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and t9999.

2.3 t9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms are published exclusively in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any informal translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a t9999 account. t9999 is an adults-only platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform in any capacity. t9999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the player's age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

3.2 Residency. The t9999 platform is designed and operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one t9999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, or the same IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a t9999 account:

• Immediate family members of the above;
• Individuals who have been permanently self-excluded from the t9999 platform;

4.1 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming on t9999, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. t9999 reserves the right to close any account where information is found to be false, incomplete, or outdated, and to retain any balance pending a fraud investigation.

4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. t9999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 KYC Requirements. Before t9999 will process any withdrawal request, you must successfully complete the KYC verification process by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., screenshot of the linked BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing the account holder's name).

4.5 Verification Timeline. t9999 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving a complete document submission. t9999 may request additional documentation where verification cannot be completed on the initial submission.

4.6 Account Closure. t9999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where t9999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms or that fraudulent activity is occurring on the account.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. t9999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. t9999 reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet channels are typically credited to a player's account within 1–5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. t9999 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification and do not trigger any additional compliance review are ordinarily processed within 5 minutes of submission during normal operating hours (WIB). t9999 reserves the right to apply an extended review period of up to 24 hours for withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds or require additional verification.

5.5 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Where this is not possible, t9999's customer support team will work with the player to identify a suitable alternative.

5.6 Transaction Fees. t9999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by a player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5.7 Currency. All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus values are displayed and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). t9999 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. t9999 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as these general bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 20%) compared to the standard slot contribution rate of 100%. 6.4 Bonus Expiry. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

6.7 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. t9999 reserves the right to alter the terms of, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.1 Game Integrity. 7.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sportsbook bets are subject to t9999's sportsbook rules, which govern market settlement, void conditions, early payout eligibility, and in-play wagering restrictions. 7.3 Errors & Malfunctions. 7.5 Maximum Winnings. t9999 reserves the right to impose maximum single-session or single-event winnings caps. Where applicable, these caps are displayed within the relevant game or market. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will not be paid.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t9999 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person; using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method to make deposits.
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one t9999 account under any name, identity, device, or IP address.

10.1 All content on the t9999 platform, including but not limited to the t9999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual content, is the proprietary intellectual property of t9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the t9999 platform under commercial licensing agreements.

11.2 Limitation of Damages. 11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In any event, t9999's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or relating to these Terms or the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11.4 Force Majeure. t9999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond t9999's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or disruptions to third-party payment infrastructure.

12.1 t9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a t9999 account, you consent to t9999's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 t9999 implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all data transmission channels and stores player data on secured, access-controlled servers. t9999 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3 t9999 may share player data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law or where t9999 reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or protect the integrity of the Platform.

13.1 t9999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a change is material, t9999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

13.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account, to contact t9999 customer support to arrange the return of any Real Money Balance.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t9999 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between you and t9999, you agree to first contact t9999's customer support team at [email protected] and allow t9999 a reasonable period of no less than 30 days to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

14.3 Language of Disputes. All formal dispute correspondence must be submitted in English. t9999's customer support team can receive initial inquiries in Indonesian but formal dispute records will be maintained in English.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 t9999 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to provide a full written response within 10 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, t9999 will provide interim updates at reasonable intervals.
